Service Description
Meet one-on-one with a Sehgal Law PC attorney to discuss your matter. We may be available to meet with you in-person, via zoom or telephone. DISCLAIMER & NOTICE: Consultation fees are to be paid before the consultation. The consultation fee shall NOT be applied in whole or part to the payment for additional services contemplated or actually rendered by Attorney. The non-refundable consultation fee is earned when received and is non-refundable; the consultation fee is payment for ONLY the allotted amount of attorney time (thirty (30) minutes); is in no way a contract or agreement for representation in any matter; the fee is in no respect contingent or dependent upon the result of the consultation; and no representation or guarantee has been made by Attorney as to the outcome of the consultation. You agree to pay the consultation fee. In the event that Attorney agrees to represent you in any matter or proceeding, a new and separate fee agreement shall be made.
Cancelation Policy
