Service Description
Meet one-on-one with a Sehgal Law PC attorney to discuss your matter. We may be available to meet with you in-person, via zoom or telephone. DISCLAIMER AND NOTICE: A consultation does not mean Sehgal Law PC will provide a potential client with actual legal advice on a matter and does not create an attorney-client relationship. A free consultation is intended to enable Sehgal Law PC to understand the nature of a potential client’s matter and to inform the potential client if Sehgal Law PC will consider representing the potential client in connection with the matter. Before Sehgal Law PC can provide legal advice to any person or entity, and before an attorney-client relationship is formed, the Sehgal Law PC must have a fully executed fee agreement with a client setting forth the Sehgal Law PC's scope of representation and the fees that will be charged.
Cancelation Policy
The non-refundable consultation fee is earned when received and is non-refundable; the consultation fee is payment for ONLY the allotted amount of attorney time (usually one (1) hour); is in no way a contract or agreement for representation in any matter; the fee is in no respect contingent or dependent upon the result of the consultation; and no representation or guarantee has been made by Attorney as to the outcome of the consultation. You agree to pay the consultation fee. In the event that Attorney agrees to represent you in any matter or proceeding, a new and separate fee agreement shall be made.
